🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

Because we sell personal care products, we can’t accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene reasons.

BUT! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — we’ve got you covered!
Please email us at info@purebloom.co.za within 48 hours with your order number and photos.


💸 Can I get a refund?

Refunds are offered for:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items sent

We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund once we review your request
